Thank you for shopping with Gloveio. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

The total delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time

Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Most orders are processed and sent to our shipping partners within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or when order volume is higher than usual.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for your package to be delivered after it has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery, if the item is in stock.

Australia & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery, if the item is in stock.

United Kingdom & Europe
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–4 weeks for delivery, if the item is in stock.

Other Countries
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance usually takes 2–5 weeks for delivery, if the item is in stock.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Separate Shipments

Some products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. This can happen when items are shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment locations.

If you receive part of your order first, please do not worry. The remaining item(s) may still be on the way.

Insured Shipping

If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, Gloveio may provide a replacement at no additional cost, provided that sufficient proof is submitted.

For damaged items, please contact us with clear photos or videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping places your order higher on our daily processing list. However, depending on order volume and carrier conditions, delivery times may still be similar to standard shipping times.

Priority Insured Shipping also includes shipping protection for eligible lost or damaged packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available.

Tracking information may take a few days to update after the package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take up to one week to display correctly.

Shipping Delays

For some countries or regions, shipping may take longer than estimated due to customs inspections, carrier delays, high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected situations.

We understand that waiting longer than expected can be frustrating. Please rest assured that we are working hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining product quality and safe packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Gloveio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Order Change Requests

If you need to make changes to your order, such as size, color, product selection, or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
